- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium- large mixing bowl, combine fruit with cornstarch and lemon juice. Once combined, pour into a cast iron pan or baking dish.
- Combine oats, nuts, flour, sugar, oil, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Sprinkle over the fruit.
- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until topping is browned and fruit is tender.
