Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Wish Farms Strawberries (sliced)
- 1/2 Cup Wish Farms Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Wish Farms Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup Wish Farms Blackberries
- 4 Slices Thick Cut Bread (we used brioche)
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
Directions
- Preheat your over to 400°F
- Gently rinse and pat dry all Wish Farms berries, then cut strawberries into thin slices. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, egg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- On a non-stick baking sheet (you can also lay down a piece of parchment paper), place your four pieces of thick cut toast.
- Using a spoon, push down the center of each piece of toast to create an indent for the custard.
- Use 1/4 of your custard mixture to fill the indent in each piece of toast. Top with any combination of berries.
- Bake the toast for 12 – 15 minutes, or until custard is just slightly jiggly and the toast has golden brown edges.
- Allow toast to cool for a few minutes, then drizzle each piece with maple syrup and sprinkle with fine powdered sugar.
