Strawberry Mimosa Ice Cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Wish Farms strawberries
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • Silicone Molds (shape of your choosing)
  • Champagne

Directions

  • Wash and pat dry the Wish Farms strawberries, remove the tops and slice them in half.
  • Using a blender, puree your strawberries with the orange juice until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the strawberry puree into your tray filling the molds about 3/4 of the way full. Freeze the ice cubes for at least 4-6 hours, overnight is ideal.
  • Pop your strawberry ice out of the molds when ready to serve, add to a glass and pour the champagne over your delicious strawberry mimosa ice cubes.
