Ingredients
- Wish Farms Strawberries
- One sheet puff pastry dough
- Whipped cream
- Powdered sugar (for topping)
- Heart shaped cookie cutter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Wash and pat dry Wish Farms Strawberries
- Thinly slice strawberries, and set aside
- Using heart shaped cookie cutters, cut puff pastry dough and arrange it on baking pan
- Bake puff pastry hearts for 15 minutes, or until golden brown
- Remove hearts from oven and let cool for a few minutes
- Once cool, slice hearts in half
- Top bottom half of hearts with whipped cream
- Arrange sliced strawberries over whipped cream
- Place top half of hearts over strawberries
- Sprinkle tops of hearts with powdered sugar and serve
