½ cup all-purpose flour

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 ¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt
-
¾ cup granulated sugar

6 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature

2 large eggs, room temperature

⅔ cup Greek yogurt, room temperature

2 tbsp vegetable oil
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 peaches, sliced
-
1 cup fresh Wish Farms blueberries
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a cake pan or baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt (dry ingredients).

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then mix in yogurt, oil, and vanilla (wet ingredients).

Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.

Fold in sliced peaches and blueberries gently.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Remove crumble from fridge and sprinkle evenly over the top.

Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden.
