Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries and Pineberries

Ingredients

  • Wish Farms Strawberries, fresh
  • Wish Farms Pineberries, fresh
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons instant Jello pudding mix (cheesecake or vanilla flavor)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (sugar quantity can be adjusted based on desired taste & consistency)
  • Graham crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. Rinse and pat dry strawberries and pineberries
  2. Cut off the tops and the very tips of the bottom of the berries so they can stand up
  3. Scoop out some of the insides of the berries to make a little cup
  4. Whisk or use a mixer to combine the cool whip, powdered pudding, cream cheese and sugar
  5. Pipe the mixture into your berry “cups”
  6. Garnish with crushed graham crackers
