Festive, fruity, and patriotic, these gelatin shots are a fun treat for the 4th of July!

Ingredients

Blue Layer 

  • Blue Raspberry Gelatin Powder

  • 1 1/2 cups boiled water (follow package instructions)

  • 2/3 cup vodka (or alcohol of choice)

White Layer

  • Cheesecake Instant Gelatin Powder

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2/3 cup vodka (or alcohol of choice)

Red Layer

  • Cherry or Strawberry Gelatin Powder

  • 1 1/2 cups boiled water

  • 2/3 cup vodka (or alcohol of choice)

Garnish

  • Wish Farms Strawberries (for topping)

  • Wish Farms Blueberries (for topping)

Directions

  1. Blue Layer:
    Prepare blue gelatin by dissolving in 1 1/2 cups of boiled water. Stir in 2/3 cup vodka. Pour into serving cups and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. White Layer:
    Make cheesecake gelatin using 1 cup of milk and 2/3 cup vodka. Let sit slightly, then gently pour over the set blue layer. Chill for another hour.

  3. Red Layer:
    Prepare cherry gelatin with 1 1/2 cups boiled water and 2/3 cup vodka. Once the white layer is set, pour the red on top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  4. Garnish:
    Before serving, garnish the top with Wish Farms strawberries and blueberries.
