Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2/3 Cup almond butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 Cup pumpkin puree
- 3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Add ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Refrigerate mixture for 10 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Add a spoonful of mixture to hands and roll into ball. If dough is too sticky, add more oats.
- Repeat until all of mixture has been rolled into balls.
- Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for 4-5 days until ready to serve.
