Blackberry Braised Chicken Thighs

Try our Blackberry braised chicken thighs that are seared to perfection in our decadent blackberry wine sauce. Served alongside your favorite sides, this flavorful creation is sure to impress at any gathering or dinner table, leaving your taste buds longing for more!


  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 cup of Wish Farms Blackberries
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Cup of Keel Farms Blackberry Pinot Noir
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Oregano (to taste)
  • Avocado Oil (enough to coat pan)
  • Cast Iron or Oven Safe Dish


  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Dry off your chicken thighs and coat in seasoning, this will allow your chicken to get extra crispy
  • Drizzle olive oil in your oven safe dish of choice, cast iron preferably
  • Allow your pan to get nice and hot and gently place chicken skin side down into pan to avoid splashing
  • Sear your chicken for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and then flip and cook other side for 3-4 minutes
  • Remove chicken from pan and turn the heat to medium low, pour your wine, blackberries, and half of your rosemary into pan and allow to reduce to a thicker consistency
  • Once sauce is to the consistency of your liking place chicken back into pan and carefully spoon mixture on top of your chicken thighs
  • Place back into oven for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 160 degrees
  • Remove pan from oven and serve with your sides of choice. We recommend crispy brussels sprouts and roasted red potatoes
