For PB&J
-
Lay out 12 slices of bread on a clean surface and lightly flatten the center of each slice.
-
Add 1 tablespoon of jam and 1 tablespoon of nut butter to the center of 6 slices, keeping it away from the edges.
-
Top with the remaining bread slices and use a sandwich sealer or a cup and fork to press and seal the edges.
- Place sandwiches on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
-
Remove sandwiches from freezer and transfer to a freezer bag, removing as much air as possible.
-
Freeze flat for up to 2 months and thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature before enjoying.
