No- Bake Mini Blueberry Cheesecakes
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Layer
- 1 – 14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 – 8 oz Package Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 8 Mini Pre-Made Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
Blueberry Topping
- 1 Pint Wish Farms Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 – 16 oz Container of Whipped Topping
Slow Cooker Berry “Crisp” and Cream
Ingredients
- 3 pints Wish Farms Strawberries, rinsed and tops removed
- 3 pints Wish Farms blueberries, rinsed
- 2 pints Wish Farms blackberries, rinsed
- 2 pints Wish Farms raspberries, rinsed
- 2 oranges, zested and juiced
- ¼ cup brown sugar, optional
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 quarts vanilla yogurt or frozen yogurt, for serving
