The Wish Farms Family Foundation has set aside funds to donate to our employees’ favorite charities. As part of our ongoing effort to make an impact in our community, we want to learn about the causes that our pixies care about. Each month, The Wish Farms Family Foundation reviews employee nominations and chooses a different organization to donate to. We started this program in 2022 and it was such a success, we are continuing with our employee grant program in 2026. For the month of April, $1,000 was donated to Florida Elks Children’s Therapy Services: Unmasking Autism.
About Florida Elks Children’s Therapy Services.
The Florida State Elks Association has a long history of providing rehabilitation services to needy children. Florida Elks Children’s Therapy Services: Unmasking Autism, in collaboration with Adult Pediatric Institute for Health and Wellness, offers comprehensive and free autism evaluations for children. They provide in-home physical and occupational therapy to Florida children in need. Priority is given to children who do not have ready access to therapy as a result of financial considerations. Patients are seen weekly for up to six months, then, the therapist assists in the process to transition the child from our program and offers recommendations for any community resources.
