Satisfy your sweet tooth with these healthy berry rice cake snacks! These treats are an easy and delicious snack for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients
- 6 Plain rice cakes
- 1 1/2 Cups Plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- Wish Farms blueberries
- Wish Farms raspberries
- Wish Farms strawberries, sliced
Directions
- Dip bottom side of a rice cake in dark chocolate, then set aside on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Place dipped rice cakes in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes, or until chocolate hardens.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt and honey.
- Remove rice cakes from refrigerator, and spread yogurt on top.
- Top with Wish Farms berries and enjoy!
