Satisfy your sweet tooth with these healthy berry rice cake snacks! These treats are an easy and delicious snack for the whole family to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 6 Plain rice cakes
  • 1 1/2 Cups Plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • Wish Farms blueberries
  • Wish Farms raspberries
  • Wish Farms strawberries, sliced

Directions

  1. Dip bottom side of a rice cake in dark chocolate, then set aside on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. Place dipped rice cakes in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes, or until chocolate hardens.
  3. In a bowl, combine yogurt and honey.
  4. Remove rice cakes from refrigerator, and spread yogurt on top.
  5. Top with Wish Farms berries and enjoy!
