Ingredients
- Wish Farms Strawberries, washed and patted dry
- White chocolate (or vanilla almond bark), melted
- Orange, black, and green oil-based food coloring
- Toothpicks
- Sandwich bags
- Parchment paper
- Black sugar sprinkles
Directions
Prepping Berries and chocolate
- Divide melted white chocolate into 4 different small bowls.
- Using oil-based food coloring, dye divided chocolate green, orange, and black.
- Place small portions of green, orange, black, and white chocolate in 4 separate sandwich bags.
- Cut small corner of sandwich bags for decorating.
- Insert toothpicks into center of the top of each fully-dried strawberry.
Mummy Berries
- Holding strawberry by leaves and toothpick, dip berry in white chocolate, twisting to fully cover, then shake off excess and place on parchment paper to dry.
- Use black chocolate to make two eyes, smoothing out with toothpick if necessary.
- Use white chocolate to drizzle top and sides of strawberry.
Jack-o-lantern Berries
- Holding strawberry by leaves and toothpick, dip berry in orange chocolate, twisting to fully cover, then shake off excess and place on parchment paper to dry.
- Use orange chocolate to create vertical lines on strawberry to resemble a pumpkin.
- Use black chocolate to make eyes and mouth.
- Using a toothpick, make eyes triangle-shaped.
Ghost Berries
- Holding strawberry by leaves and toothpick, dip berry in white chocolate, twisting to fully cover, then shake off excess and place on parchment paper to dry.
- Use black chocolate to make two eyes and mouth, smoothing out with toothpick if necessary.
Drip Berries
- Holding strawberry by leaves and toothpick, dip berry in orange or green chocolate, twisting to fully cover, then shake off excess and place on parchment paper to dry.
- Use black chocolate along top of berry to create drip effect, smoothing out with toothpick if necessary.
- Holding strawberry over a small bowl, pour black sugar sprinkles over black chocolate. Shake strawberry over bowl to remove excess sprinkles.
