Strawberry & Pineberry Shortcake Cups

Ingredients

  • Wish Farms Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries
  • Wish Farms Strawberries
  • Angel Food Cake
  • 1 Ounce Box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 16 Ounce Container Whipped Topping
  • Circular Cookie Cutter

Directions

  1. Whip 16 oz container of thawed whipped topping with 1 ounce box of instant pudding mix till smooth.
  2. Place mixture in fridge.
  3. Using a small circular cookie cutter, cut out 1-inch-thick circles of the angel food cake. This allows the cake to layer nicely and evenly in the circular cups.
  4. Rinse your Wish Farms Strawberries & Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries under cool water, cut the tops off, and slice.
  5. In single serving cups, layer the cake, whipped topping, and berry slices as you please.
