15 Serves 6 easy
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 cup Wish Farms strawberries
- ½ cup green grapes (halved)
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- ½ cup golden raisins
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- Dash of salt
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
- Mix yogurt with strawberries, raisins, grapes, celery curry powder, almonds and dash of salt.
- Combine the chicken with the yogurt mixture, and spoon on top of the of lettuce.
- Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
