- 2 cups of Wish Farms strawberries, roughly chopped
- 1 cup of avocado, peeled and roughly chopped
- J/2 cup of cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of cilantro, slivered
- Salt to taste
- Combine the strawberries, cucumber, avocado, jalapeño pepper, lime, cilantro, honey and salt.
- Toss ingredients together
- Serve with sweet cinnamon pita chips or any preferred tortilla chip
