- 1 cup of fresh Wish Farms strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup almond milk (or more, depending on how you like your smoothie's consistency)
- 1 teaspoon agave
- Add all ingredients and blend
- Keep your blender on a low speed and slowly add your almond milk - this is the KEY to a thick smoothie!
