Thanks to Dolci Frutta, we are getting into the holiday spirit! Bark recipes are a seasonal staple and this recipe is a fresh take on an old classic.  Deliciousness is just a bite away.

Ingredients

  • 2 containers Wish Farms raspberries
  • Dolci Frutta White Melting Wafers
  • Baking sheet with waxed paper
  • Dolci Drizzlers White Chocolate (optional)

Directions

  1. Melt Dolci Frutta according to the package.
  2. Pour melted Dolci Frutta on the baking sheet with waxed paper. Spread and smooth the white chocolate with the back of a spoon or a knife until the chocolate fills the sheet and is about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Place raspberries evenly on top of the white chocolate.
  4. Let chocolate harden.
  5. (Optional) Melt Dolci Drizzlers according to package and drizzle white chocolate over your bark. Let harden.
  6. Place baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill. Once chilled, break the bark into pieces to serve.
