Ingredients

  • Wish Farms Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3 ounces rose lemonade (or any pink lemonade of your choosing)

Directions

  • Prepare the garnishes by washing a few Wish Farms Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries and cutting a very thin slice of a cucumber – We used a vegetable peeler.
  • Take the thinly sliced cucumber and press it to the inside of your glass, then fill the with ice.
  • Pour gin and simple syrup over the ice and top with rose lemonade.
  • Gently stir the mixture then garnish the glass with a perfect Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries, or a few!
