Mascarpone and Blackberry Stuffed Peaches

Ingredients

  • Two peaches, halved with pits removed
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • honey to drizzle
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries

Directions

  • Place peach halve face up on a cookie sheet and broil until you see the edges slightly brown (about 5-7 minutes, or until you see browning)
  • Place a dollop of mascarpone cheese where the pit would have been and top with blackberries
  • Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
