- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup or more caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup or more of chopped pecans
- sliced apples, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries
- Arrange the fruit on a platter around the block of cream cheese
- Top the cheese with a liberal amount of caramel sauce and add pecan pieces
- Dip and enjoy!
