Ingredients
- 1 sheet thawed puff pastry
- 1/2 cup fresh Wish Farms raspberries
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- Thyme for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
For Puff Pastry:
- Grease a 24 hole mini muffin tray
- Lay out the puff pastry sheet flat after defrosting and cut into 24 small squares
- Place each square into each mini muffin tray hole
Filling:
- Remove the rind of the brie with a sharp knife and cut into 24 small squares and place into the mini muffin tin holes
- In a medium bowl, Mix together the fresh raspberries and cranberry sauce
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture on top of the brie
- Bake for 10 minutes
