Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken with Raspberry Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh Wish Farms raspberries, for serving
  • Balsamic glaze, for serving

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Grill the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F, about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Top with fresh raspberries and balsamic glaze before serving.
