Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Fresh Wish Farms raspberries, for serving
- Balsamic glaze, for serving
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Add the chicken breasts and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Grill the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F, about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Top with fresh raspberries and balsamic glaze before serving.
