Blueberry Pumpkin Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 Cup almond butter, melted
  • 1/2 Cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 Cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
  2. Refrigerate mixture for 10 minutes to firm up slightly.
  3. Add a spoonful of mixture to hands and roll into ball. If dough is too sticky, add more oats.
  4. Repeat until all of mixture has been rolled into balls.
  5. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for 4-5 days until ready to serve.
