These Sweetheart Berry Pastries are a quick and easy Valentine’s Day treat. With a tangy cream cheese filling and sweet Wish Farms strawberries and pineberries, these pastries are a delicious and festive snack!
Ingredients
- 2 Sheets puff pastry dough, thawed according to instructions
- 1 8oz block cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- Wish Farms Strawberries, sliced
- Wish Farms Pineberries, sliced
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- Heart shaped cookie cutter
- Piping bag (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed using an electric mixer.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut heart shapes out of puff pastry dough.
- Place hearts at least 1 inch apart on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Add cream cheese mixture to piping bag and pipe onto puff pastry dough, or scoop and spread mixture using a spoon.
- Top pastries with sliced strawberries and pineberries.
- Brush edges of pastry with egg.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
- Let pastries cool, then dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
