Ingredients

  • Blackberry Mini Skewers
    • 12 Wish Farms blackberries
    • 12 Mini marshmallows, rinsed and patted dry
    • 6 Mini skewers
  • Strawberry Ghosts
    • 6 Wish Farms strawberries, rinsed and patted dry
    • Melted white chocolate
    • Candy eyes
  • Banana Ghosts
    • 3 Bananas, halved
    • Melted chocolate
  • Orange Pumpkins
    • 6 Mandarin Oranges, peeled
    • Cucumber, cut into 6 small rectangles for stems
  • Apple Mouths
    • 12 Apple Slices
    • Peanut Butter
    • Mini Marshmallows
  • Cheese Cubes
  • Salami or Pepperoni Cubes
  • Halloween candy (optional)

 

Directions

Blackberry Mini Skewers

  1. Add two mini marshmallows and blackberries to a skewer, alternating.

Strawberry Ghosts

  1. Line plate with parchment paper.
  2. Using a spoon or piping bag, create 6 tail shapes with white chocolate.
  3. Dip strawberry in white chocolate, then place over tail.
  4. Add candy eyes to strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate for 5 minutes, or until chocolate hardens.

Banana Ghosts

  1. Using a toothpick, draw eyes and mouths on to halved bananas using chocolate.

Orange Pumpkins

  1. Insert cucumber piece into center of orange.

Apple Mouths

  1. Spread peanut butter on all apple slices.
  2. Place marshmallows along inside of half the apple slices.
  3. Top with other slices to resemble mouths.

Assembling the snack board

  1. Arrange mini skewers, strawberry ghosts, banana ghosts, orange pumpkins, cheese cubes, and salami on board.
  2. Serve immediately.
