Blackberry Cheesecake Parfait

Ingredients

  • Fresh Wish Farms Blackberries
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Sweet Blackberry sauce (we used the seeded version for this receipe)
  • 16 Ounce Container Whipped Topping
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • Graham Crackers

Directions

  • Wash Blackberries with cool water and pat dry, set aside.
  • Mix the 16 oz container of thawed whipped topping with 4 ounce of cream cheese, whip until smooth.
  • Add 3-4 tablespoons of the Sweet Blackberry sauce with or without seeds (by preference).
  • Place mixture in fridge, until ready to assemble.
  • Add graham crackers to a small zipper bag and crush into fine crumbles.
  • In single serving cups, layer the graham cracker crumbs, whipped topping, and blackberry cheesecake mixture as you please.
  • Top with a fresh, whole blackberry or two! Enjoy!
