Ingredients
- Fresh Wish Farms Blackberries
- 3-4 Tablespoons Sweet Blackberry sauce (we used the seeded version for this receipe)
- 16 Ounce Container Whipped Topping
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- Graham Crackers
Directions
- Wash Blackberries with cool water and pat dry, set aside.
- Mix the 16 oz container of thawed whipped topping with 4 ounce of cream cheese, whip until smooth.
- Add 3-4 tablespoons of the Sweet Blackberry sauce with or without seeds (by preference).
- Place mixture in fridge, until ready to assemble.
- Add graham crackers to a small zipper bag and crush into fine crumbles.
- In single serving cups, layer the graham cracker crumbs, whipped topping, and blackberry cheesecake mixture as you please.
- Top with a fresh, whole blackberry or two! Enjoy!
