A sweet and simple twist on classic brunch — featuring fluffy brioche and bursts of farm-fresh berries, certain to be a family favorite!
Ingredients
- Wish Farms Strawberries
- Wish Farms Blueberries
- Wish Farms Raspberries
- 1 loaf of Brioche bread
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- Powdered sugar for sprinkle
Directions

Wash and pat dry Wish Farms berries.

Cut brioche bread into bite-sized pieces and spread evenly in a greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle the fresh berries over the top of the bread.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a dash of cinnamon until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and berries, making sure everything is soaked.

Bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.

Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
