After you’ve enjoyed your fresh berries, whether in a dish or devoured by the handfuls, hold on to those containers! In an effort to re-purpose berry containers, entertain your kids, AND add some organization to your home, we’re sharing a favorite craft of ours. It’s easy and allows the creativity of your little ones to flow!
- Rinse and dry your container of berries.
- Gather fun decorating materials and adhesive. Examples: glue or modge podge, paint, paper, magazine pictures, tissue paper, pom poms, glitter, etc. The possibilities are endless!
- Apply your decorations to the container and let it dry. Get creative!
- Fill you container with household items. Examples: crayons, markers, snacks, hair accessories, legos, etc.
