The Wish Farms Family Foundation has set aside funds to donate to our employee’s favorite charities. As part of our ongoing effort to make an impact in our community, we want to learn about the causes that our pixies care about. Each month, The Wish Farms Family Foundation reviews employee nominations and chooses a different organization to donate to. We started this program in 2022 and it was such a success, we are continuing with our employee grant program in 2023. For the month of April, $1,000 was donated to A Kitten Place.
About A Kitten Place:
This is a volunteer based animal rescue organization, for the purpose of rescuing orphaned kittens and homeless cats in the greater Brandon community.
“My inner cat lady fell in love with the foster stories, rescue missions, and adoption successes that happen right here in our community. My family and I have participated in a few fundraising events hosted by A Kitten Place like the Annual Black Cat 5k/ Walk that takes place every fall. We continue to donate supplies when possible, knowing that every little bit helps these volunteers and foster heroes save these furry lives.” – Chantel Morris
