Blueberry White Chocolate Easter Eggs

Directions

1. Rinse and pat dry blueberries.
2. Melt white chocolate and candy melts and transfer into separate piping bags.
3. Pipe white chocolate into 8 egg shapes on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
4. Place 8-10 blueberries on each of the eggs.
5. Place baking sheet in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes, or until white chocolate hardens.
6. Decorate white chocolate eggs with colored candy melts.
7. Refrigerate again until decorated eggs are firm.
8. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
