In honor of International Women’s Day, Wish Farms proudly hosted a remarkable gathering by the Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association (FFVA) to celebrate and empower women in agriculture. The morning kicked off with an impactful breakfast discussion held at our headquarters, where attendees gained insights from two trailblazing women: Elyse Lipman, CEO of Lipman Family Farms, and Raina Nelson, President & CEO of Westfalia Fruit USA.
Elyse and Raina delved into various topics, igniting inspiration and challenging norms within the agricultural sector. At the core of their discussion was the recognition of the multifaceted talents and strengths that women bring to the industry.
