Blueberry Cinnamon Mini Muffins
- Pancake batter, prepared according to instructions.
- 1/2 Cup Wish Farms blueberries, rinsed and patted dry
- 1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon
Raspberry White Chocolate Mini Muffins
- Pancake batter, prepared according to instructions
- 1/4 Cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 Cup Wish Farms raspberries, rinsed and patted dry
Directions
Blueberry Cinnamon Mini Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, fold Wish Farms blueberries into pancake batter.
- Add cinnamon to batter and fold again.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean after being inserted.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Raspberry White Chocolate Mini Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, fold Wish Farms raspberries and white chocolate chips into batter.
