Ingredients
- 2 Cups almonds
 - 8 oz Medjool dates, pitted
 - 2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
 - 3 oz dark chocolate, melted
 - 1/2 Cup Wish Farms blueberries, rinsed and patted dry
 
Directions
- Add almonds to a food processor, processing into small pieces.
 - Add dates, almonds, and salt to food processor, and process until mixture sticks together.
 - Line a baking dish or cookie sheet with parchment paper.
 - Add bar mixture to dish, patting down to desired thickness.
 - Top bars with dark chocolate and blueberries.
 - Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until firm.
 - Remove dish from refrigerator and cut into 12 pieces.
 - Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
