Andy McDonald is a partner at Sweet Life Farms founded in 2010. He is a 3rd Generation farmer who learned a lot of things growing up on the family farm. His dad instilled grit in him by making him understand that you can’t get to the top unless you start on the bottom. He has been on one end of the shovel, checked flats, was the resident spray tech and now after 22 years in the making he has made it to the top managing over 500 acres of farm land. He hopes to continue the legacy with his own children.
