We have a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Coordinator at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Plant City, FL.
This entry-level role will support the daily operations of the supply chain team by ensuring timely data entry, system accuracy, and coordination of shipments and production plans. This role will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and logistics providers to maintain smooth and efficient supply processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Run and distribute operational and inventory reports to internal stakeholders.
- Enter and update production and inventory data in the ERP system.
- Make adjustments in the ERP system to reflect changes in production or shipment plans.
- Coordinate fruit allocations by aligning quality, customer specifications, and inventory availability.
- Review invoices for accuracy, apply proper coding, and route for approval.
- Upload shipping documents to customer and vendor portals in a timely manner.
- Monitor email communications to ensure data aligns with ERP records.
- Collaborate with logistics providers to schedule transportation and ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow up on open action items and outstanding issues with appropriate departments.
- Support remote supply team members by responding to information requests and processing updates.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to Wish Farms’ core values of quality, integrity, and responsiveness in all aspects of the role.
- Assistance with other supply-related tasks as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willingness to adapt to varying schedules based on the needs of the supply chain and operational demands (which may include nights, weekends, holidays).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in produce, agriculture, or perishable supply chains is a plus.
- Bilingual preferred
