Wish Farms is seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Drivers/Loaders to join our warehouse team. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently operate forklifts to load pallets of fresh berries for distribution, maintain inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations to ensure timely and quality shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse environments, a strong safety mindset, and a commitment to upholding company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts in a cold storage environment to load, unload, and transport pallets of fresh berries, processed berries, and other materials.
- Ensure all outbound shipments are accurately prepared and loaded according to customer orders and quality standards.
- Verify shipment contents against shipping orders and maintain accurate records of inventory movement.
- Safely handle and transport perishable products to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
- Organize and stage products in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding forklift operation and warehouse procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Other related tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Valid forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold storage environment of 34 degrees.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in cold storage environments.
- The ability to lift heavy materials.
Compensation & Benefits:
