Wish Farms is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Treasury Analyst to support the daily financial operations of our growing organization. This role is responsible for managing company cash activity, maintaining accurate banking records, and ensuring timely and secure processing of payments and transactions.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding company assets and supporting our accounting and finance teams. This position is on-site at our headquarters in Plant City, FL.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Balance and reconcile all company bank accounts on a daily and monthly basis
- Monitor cash balances and support cash flow tracking
- Initiate and process ACH payments, wire transfers, and other electronic transactions
- Code and reconcile company credit card transactions
- Review, record, and maintain accurate documentation of all treasury activity
- Assist with month-end close and general ledger reconciliations
- Sets up new customers and vendors in ERP system
- Travels several times a week to the bank and post office
- Partner with Accounting, AP/AR, and leadership on cash reporting and financial accuracy
- Maintain banking relationships and assist with account administration
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
- Support additional finance and administrative duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting, treasury, or financial operations experience
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Excel, Oracle/Netsuite a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
