The Plant City “Sinless” Strawberry Smoothie is perfect for that on-the-run meal or snack in between meals.
Ingredients:
- 6 large fresh Wishnatzki Farms strawberries
- ¾ cup of milk
- ½ cup of vanilla yogurt
Optional:
- Spoonful of peanut butter (source of protein)
- Splash of Orange Juice
- Banana
Directions:
Add the strawberries and milk first and blend until it is broken down to a nice consistency. Next add the yogurt and optional ingredients for the optimal thickness. Pour and enjoy.

This is a very simple easy to prepare item. Everyone loves pancakes and they are not just for breakfast anymore!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of fresh Florida Wishnatzki Blue Berries
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of granulated white sugar
- 1 large egg (beaten lightly)
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
Optional:
- Powdered sugar
Directions:
Using a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then take a seperate mixing bowl and whisk together the egg, melted butter, and milk. Next, add the egg mixture into into the flour mixture and stir until it is all mixed together. This should leave the batter with a relatively thick consistency and some small lumps. It is important to not over mix the batter or the pancakes will turn out tough.
Heat a frying pan or griddle over medium high heat. Add melted butter to the pan or griddle using a brush.
Using a small ladle pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the pan, and continue pouring seprate pancakes a few inches from each other. Let cook until they start to brown and bubbles should form at the top (~2-3 mins). Next, add Wishnatzki Farms blueberries sparingly throughout each pancake and then flip over. Cook the pancakes until both sides are light brown
Repeat with remaining batter, brushing the pan with melted butter between batches.
Serve immediately with butter and maple syrup. Optional: sprinkle a small amount of powdered sugar over the finished pancake.
Makes about 8 pancakes. Serves 3-4 people.

Ingredients for the strawberry mixture:
- 1 pint of fresh Wishnatzki Farms strawberries, rinsed and hulled
- 6 stalks of rhubarb cut into 2-inch pieces
- 15 purple basil leaves (may substitute Italian)
- 11/2 cups sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons (2 ounces)
For the drinks:
- 2 ounces Lillet Blanc
- 1 ounce Hendrick's gin
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 ounces strawberry mixture
- Basil leaves, for garnish
Directions:
For the strawberry mixture: Combine the Wishnatzki Farms strawberries, rhubarb, basil, sugar and lemon juice in a deep container. Use your hands to squish the ingredients together; do not puree in a blender or food processor, because the seeds will cause the mixture to become bitter. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours; the pulp will rise to the top.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer, being careful not to force any pulp through. Discard the pulp. You should have 11/2 cups of strained liquid. Reserve 4 ounces. Remaining mixture may be kept refrigerated for 3 to 4 days.
For the drink:
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the Lillet Blanc, gin, lemon juice and the 4 ounces of strawberry mixture; stir well, then divide among glasses. This recipe will make about 5 cocktails, pour and enjoy!

Ingredients for the drink:
- 3 fresh Wishnatzki strawberries, rinsed and hulled
- 1 oz Stoli Gala Applik
- Sprinkle of vanilla sugar
For the garnishment:
- Rose Sparkling Dessert Wine
- Edible gold dust and pink aphrodisiac rose petal
Directions:
Muddle the fresh Wishnatzki Farms strawberries with the vanilla sugar. Add Stoli Gala Applik, shake well and strain into a flute. Top with rose sparkling dessert wine. Garnish with edible gold dust and pink aphrodisiac rose petal.
This recipe would be ideal for the upcoming New Years festivities. It is a sophisticated drink that pairs a great product in Wishnatzki Farms strawberries with dessert wine and Stoli.

This is a tasty treat that would be great for any occasion. It is easier to prepare than individual creams puffs and you can elect to top it with any fruit you like. Of course we reccommend using fresh Wishnatzki Farms strawberries or blueberries.
Ingredients For Cream Puff Base:
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2/3 cup of flour
- 3 large eggs
Ingredients For Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup of powdered sugar
Directions:
For the cream puff layer, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Bring the butter, water, and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the flour all at once and stir quickly until the mixture pulls away from the side of the pan. Take the pan off the heat and stir the mixture until you have a smooth consistency. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until the mixture is shiny with a satiny sheen. It is important to not overbeat. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Next, using an offset spatula, spread the mixture on the bottom and one inch up the sides of the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, remove from the oven and prick pastry with a toothpick about 10-12 times. Return to the oven and bake 5-10 minutes more until golden brown but not over baked. Then allow to cool completely.
For the cream cheese mixture, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, to ensure that there are no lumps it is important to beat consistently. Spread onto the cooled cream puff shell.
We suggest that you top with fresh sliced Wishnatzki Farms strawberries. You can choose to use about 2 cups of fresh strawberries and keep them refrigerated while you prepare the cake. After you have topped with the strawberries place in refrigerator and allow to cool completely. Enjoy!

Plant City Strawberry Jam is a perfect addition to any snack or meal. You can simply add it to a Club cracker or make a peanut butter strawberry jam sandwich.
Ingredients:
- 6 cups of fresh Wishnatzki Farms strawberries
- 2 cups of sugar
Directions:
Crush all the Wish Farms strawberries into a smooth paste. Take the strawberry paste and sugar and bring to a boil in a heavy bottomed pan. Be sure to stir continuously this will prevent it from sticking to the sides of the pan. Reduce the heat and continue stirring until you get a desired consistency. Finally, cool the jam, and place in the container of your choice and refrigerate immediately.

Ingredients for the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups of fresh flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of shortening
- 4 tablespoons of very cold water
For the filling:
- 2 room temperature eggs
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of fresh Wish Farms strawberries
- Whip cream topping
Directions:
Prepare tart shells. Take a medium bowl and mix together the flour and salt, then cut the shortening butter and mix until consistency resembles coarse meal. Gradually add water and mix with fork to blend. Shape the dough into a ball, and wrap with plastic wrap and allow to sit in room temperature for about 10 mins. Then roll out the dough into a 1/8-inch thick crust onto a lightly floured board or flat surface. Use cookie cutters to cut out several circles that are 5-6 inches in diameter and fit over inverted muffin pans, the pastry should fit snuggly.
Poke holes in the pastry with a fork in the sides and bottoms. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 8-10 mins at (425 degrees) until lightly brown. Allow to cool before adding filling.

For the filling:
In a medium saucepan take the first four ingredients mix well and then add in milk. Then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Mixture should begin to thicken and become bubbly hot. Next, stir in the vanilla extract and allow to cool thoroughly. Take the filling in fill each tart shell up about half way and immediately refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, cover each with sliced, fresh Wish Farms strawberries, and add a dollop of whipped cream. Serve and enjoy!

Follow this easy recipe to jazz up any party or transform your regular strawberry snack into something special!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz chocolate chips
- 2 tsp flavorless oil
- 6 oz bites of white chocolate
- 1 lb fresh Wish Farms strawberries
Items you will need:
- Colander
- 2 saucepans
- wax paper
- cookie sheet
- toothpicks
Directions:
Wash the Wish Farms strawberries and rinse in collander to remove any debris.
Take a saucepan and melt the white chocolate. Do the same for the chocolate chips in another saucepan and be sure to use low heat to prevent the chocolate from burning. Next, add the oil to both saucepans and mix well to combine.
Take the fresh rinsed and dried Wish Farms strawberries and dip in the white chocolate on one side. This will provide the shirt for the tuxedo. Use a toothpick for any detail work like making the shirt v-shaped. After dipping all of the berries in white chocolate allow them to completely dry before moving on.
Once dried, now take the other side of the berry and dip in the dark chocolate. Again using a toothpick to outline the tuxedo according to your liking. You can then go on to make the bow tie and buttons again a toothpick works well here.
Finally, place the prepared berries on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper and place in the refrigerator to cool. I would allow the berries to cool for about two hours so the tuxedo is nice and hard.
Serve and Enjoy!
This is a very simple easy to prepare appetizer.
Ingredients:
- ½ loaf of French style baguette bread
- 8 oz container of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 cups of sliced Wishnatzki Farms strawberries
Optional:
- Raspberry jelly
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Cut baguette bread into 12-24 slices and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. After oven is preheated place the sheet in the middle rack and allow to bake for about ten minutes until golden brown. Take the cream cheese and honey and mix together in a small mixing bowl and spread desired amount on each bread slice. Finally add strawberry slices on top of each baguette slice and enjoy. Raspberry jelly or other sauce can be drizzled on the top for added effect.
